Adeline de Monseignat Unveils Rooted: A Limited-Edition Sculpture in Support of HEAL Palestine

Adeline de Monseignat has launched Rooted, a limited-edition bronze sculpture created in collaboration with Artists Support. The project raises funds for HEAL Palestine, a U.S.-registered nonprofit providing specialised medical care, rehabilitation, and emotional support to children from Palestine who have experienced severe injury and loss.

Inspired by the watermelon seed—a potent symbol within Palestinian cultural resistance—Rooted reflects themes of endurance and solidarity in the face of profound adversity.

The works were released on 9 September 2025 and sold out within two days. 100% of proceeds from the sale were donated directly to HEAL Palestine. Each sculpture provided one month of essential care—including housing, education, mental health services, and daily living expenses—for a child undergoing free, life-saving treatment, either abroad or through HEAL’s regional programs. The initiative enables children and their families to focus fully on recovery, supported by HEAL’s social workers and volunteers throughout their treatment journey.

“The atrocities of the genocide in Gaza might leave me at a loss for words, but not silent. This work is a testament to my peaceful protest and hopes for better futures—both individually and collectively,” says Adeline de Monseignat.

Through Rooted, de Monseignat continues her exploration of care, resilience, and regeneration—offering a work that functions equally as sculpture and statement.
